We have a small sized clean, bright and airy single room to rent in a family home.
Use of all amenities except the tumble dryer and bills included (except gas and electricity at £50 month). Use of kitchen and share family bathroom. No use of front room. Internet access but not use of landline telephone.
We are a friendly bunch and have been know to have a funny half hour every day, youngest child is 17 so no screaming babies except for when the grandchildren visit (2) but we do have two grey female cats.
The house is in a nice quiet location and within walking distance of the River, Richmond Park and Ham House.
Good transport links into London if need be - District line from Richmond. Bus stop about a 5 min walk.
One smoker in the house but this is limited to the downstairs area or garden and not in the bedrooms (hoping to quit) - no smoking allowed upstairs by anyone. Prefer smoking outside really.
Able to park car outside house with no restriction or fees.
Use of Garden and washing line as long as left as found.
We require one months rent in advance and one months deposit so always ahead with your rent and require a months notice if you wish to leave. References would also be an advantage.
Come on down you will not be disappointed.
Short bus ride to Richmond and Kingston and 5 minute walk to the river and local shops and park, (we have 2 small parades of shops as well as Ham Village. The area is very quiet, safe and rural, with lots of on-street parking.
