Straight Plastic Vent connector rectangular to rectangular

Straight Rigid Plastic connector from rectangular opening (Approx 8 & 7/16" by 2 & 3/4" to 4 & 3/4" by 2 & 1/4") to 4" dia straight connector for use in venting tumble drier, venting fan (Axia type possibly).
The rectangular end has two "hooks" approx 5 & 7/8" apart on one of the long sides and two holes (for screws) on the opposite straight side (same spacings). Inside opening is ~ 7 & 1/2" by 2 & 1/8". Length ~ 2 & 1/4"
