COZY HOUSE SHARE SITUATED IN QUIET CUL-DE-SAC IN THE HEART OF PECKHAM VILLAGE.
This house is a large beautiful well maintained property, with a very homely, cosy feel.
It is furnished with 4 bedrooms, (3 large double rooms and 1 single room).
The accommodation comprises 2 bathrooms with shower, large kitchen with breakfast bar overlooking the garden, large lounge with doors opening out into the beautiful garden and patio.
There is also a roof sun garden equipped with fairy lights (ideal for a nice quiet glass of wine under the stars).
Double rooms are bright and spacious and have large windows overlooking the roof sun terrace.
Off street parking is also available.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Ideally we are looking for long term occupants (6-12 months), but short term occupancies (minimum 2 months) may be considered.
The monthly payment is £560 pcm
This includes all bills.
A deposit will be required to secure the room.
