Our items for sale have all been donated and so we rarely have any background information on an item. We do however do our best to list an item in as much detail as possible.

Q: Where does my money go?
A: 100% of the sale of this item will benefit The Shakespeare Hospice
Q: How can I pay for my item(s)?
A: We are happy to accept payment by PayPal or cash/card on collection. Unfortunately we are unable to accept payment by cheque or postal order
Q: When do I have to pay for my item(s)?
A: Payment needs to be made within 7 days of the auction ending/agreed sale unless previously arranged
Q: When will I receive my item(s)?
A: We aim to despatch all items within 3 working days of receiving payment. Once out for delivery, your item(s) will be with you within 5 working days
Q: How is my item sent?
A: Most items will be sent using a Hermes courier. Where possible, we will use recycled packaging in a bid to keep the costs as low as possible
Q: Is my item insured?
A: Your item will be insured up to a value of £25. Higher insurance levels are available - please contact us before making a payment if this is required
Q: Will you combine postage?
A: Yes, of course but please contact us prior to making payment for a cost
Q: Can I collect the item instead?
A: Yes you can but because we have 7 shops across Warwickshire, please contact us prior to bidding/making payment to confirm where the item(s) can be collected from. Our opening hours are 9:30 - 5pm Monday to Friday
Q: How long do I have to collect my item(s)?
A: Items must be collected within 7 days of the auction ending/sale agreed (unless agreed previously).
Due to a lack of storage, any items not collected within this time will be relisted
Q: Can I return an item?
A: We take great care in describing our items in as much detail as possible so hopefully you won't receive something that you're not expecting.
However, if you do want to return an item you can do so by contacting us first within 14 days of receipt. You will then need to return the item to us within 28 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that we will not cover the cost of the return postage and packaging
