I have for sale a tax exempt MGB Roadster in British Racing Green. It has wire wheels and a spare in the boot. The number plate starts off NMG.
The engine was rebored a while back by the previous owner to 2184cc by Paul shepherd racing in Colchester. it was also fitted with fast road cams and a side draft webber carb so its a real goer.
Before I purchased it 2 years ago it had been stripped down to bare metal and resprayed, also it had 2 new front wings a new door skin on drivers side a new water pump and thermostat, new clutch hose and cylinder, new wheel cylinders, new alternator, new halogen headlights, new heater radiator and heater valve and a new hood.
When I got it I replaced both rear leaf springs, dampers, bump stops and straps. I also replaced both front coil springs, propshaft bearings fore and aft, replaced heater assembly, complete fore and aft wiring loom, dashboard and door crash barriers, new carpet and covered the metal dash with walnut veneer. The boot has been relined and houses a spare wire wheel and jack. Little Bills at Barcombe done some welding for me and also the re-wiring with some help from caburn classics of Ringmer who also serviced the overdrive..The engine has recently been tuned on a rolling road by CCK Classics at High Hurstwood, East Sussex. It has 10 months M.O.T. a workshop and electrical manual plus a few more books and magazines.
