I discovered this beautifully tailored/semi fitted and I imagine expensive full length coat amongst my mum's belongings (sadly it does not fit me!). It is in lovely condition and I suspect has been hardly worn? Sadly my photographs cannot do it justice and I don't have a tailor's manikin which may have helped show the coat more effectively?
The label details are:
65% Virgin Wool
When laid flat I took the following measurements and which I hope help:
Neck/Shoulder to Hem - 125/126 cm approx
Across Underarms - 55 cm approx
This extremely well tailored coat has a 5 Black button fastening to the front and a detachable fake fur collar in Black. There are two vertical concealed side slit pockets and the centre front panel has a decorative horizontal seam stitch at each button level. Fully lined in a light grey material. Although probably designed for both evening and formal wear I feel the coat is versatile enough to be worn for a variety of occasions these days.
I travel to Cornwall (Penzance region) quite frequently so could bring down if need?
