Advert Description

MGB GT Jubilee (re-advertised)
This limited edition Jubilee is number 411 of 750 built to celebrate the MG car company’s 50th anniversary and comes with its official Heritage Certificate and owner’s handbook.
Now exempt from road tax being first registered in June 1975. Standard 1800cc engine has recently been overhauled and so runs really well, coupled with the overdrive gearbox it easily keeps up with modern day motoring. History file says in 1998 it was subject to a 7 month overhaul and rebuild. It now has Stainless steel exhaust, new H4Halogen headlamps.
The body and panels are rock solid, the deep shiny British Racing Green paint shows no signs of rust although small areas would benefit from a little tlc. Clean engine bay, totally solid underside, undersealed / waxoyled. Refurbished Webasto sun roof. Original black and gold V8 alloy wheels. Lots of new parts including recent new complete front suspension and steering, new overdrive unit, new clutch, brake lines, fuel tank and lines, distributor and leads. Rear leaf springs and drop links were replaced 2 years ago and has covered very little mileage since. New interior including beautiful beige leather seats and seat belts. This is a really nice example of this fast appreciating classic limited edition MGB GT and it seems there are now less than 250 left on the road. Dry use only in my ownership.
Now serviced and MOT’d this one is priced to sell and enjoy at £5750 ono.
