THE ORIGINAL 79CC ENGINE HAS BEEN SWAPPED FOR A NEWER RM80 82CC 2-STROKE, LIQUID COOLED, 6-SPEED, WHICH HAS BEEN OVER-BORED TO APPROX 90CC USING A NEW WOSSNER PISTON KIT.

IT HAS GOOD COMPRESSION AND HAS BEEN WORN IN PROPERLY.

SPARK PLUG:
NEW, NGK IRIDIUM.

SPARK PLUG CAP:
RECENT, NGK, RED.

CARBURETUR:
MIKUNI, THOROUGHLY CLEANED INSIDE AND OUTSIDE AND SET UP CORRECTLY.

FUEL TAP AND FILTER:
ORIGINAL SUZUKI PARTS, THOROUGHLY CLEANED INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.

RECENT HIGH QUALITY CLUTCH PLATES.

RECENT SGP SUZUKI GENUINE PARTS CLUTCH BASKET.

RECENT HIGH QUALITY CLUTCH SPRINGS.

THE SIDE CASING AND WATER PUMP COVER HAVE BEEN RESPRAYED IN GRANVILLE HIGH TEMP SILVER AND HAVE HAD NEW GASKETS FITTED.

THE ENGINE HAS BEEN PAINTED SILVER.

NEW, PUTOLINE.

COOLANT/ANTI FREEZE:
NEW, PUTOLINE.

AIR FILTER:
FRO SYSTEMS, PERFECT FIT, BOUGHT NEW BY PREVIOUS OWNER, THOROUGHLY CLEANED, DRIED, RE-OILED AND REFITTED.

FUEL MIX RATIO:
GOOD QUALITY SYNTHETIC 2-STROKE OIL AND UNLEADED PETROL AT A RATIO OF 40:1 OR 32:1 IS RECOMMENDED. I HAVE ONLY USED THIS NEW COMMA MINERAL OIL TO GET IT RUNNING AGAIN. MY NEW SUZUKI ROAD BIKE HAS MINERAL OIL IN IT AS IT HELPS AND PROTECTS BETTER DURING THE WEARING IN PROCESS ETC.

ENGINE NUMBER:
PRESENT AND CORRECT, APPROX 1995. SEE FRAME NUMBER FOR MORE INFORMATION.

ENGINE OILED AND TURNED OVER OCCASIONALLY WHILE IN DRY STORAGE.

ENGINE STARTED ON SAT 14TH OCT AFTER ONLY A FEW KICKS. NO EASY-START WAS NEEDED. I RECORDED IT AND CAN SEND IT TO YOU.

I TOOK IT FOR A SHORT RIDE ON 21ST OCT. IT RAN AN BRAKED OK BUT THE CARBURETUR NEEDED CLEANING.

EXHAUST:
ORIGINAL SUZUKI PARTS, HAS BEEN STRIPPED, THOROUGHLY CLEANED, WELDED, SILENCER RE-PACKED, RIVETED, RESPRAYED, POLISHED AND FITTED WITH A NEW RUBBER SEAL, ATHENA GASKET, RUBBER GROMMET AND SPRINGS. IT WILL FLOW AND SOUND GOOD AND WON'T BE TOO LOUD. A NEW FRO SYSTEMS EXHAUST BUNG IN YELLOW IS INCLUDED TO BE USED WHEN CLEANING AND STORING.

FRAME:
COMPUTER DESIGNED, STEEL, TUBULAR, SEMI-DOUBLE CRADLE, STRONG, PROFESSIONALLY RESPRAYED LIGHT BLUE TO MATCH THE SUZUKI RM85 WORX GRAPHICS/DECALS BY THE PREVIOUS OWNER, GCWCFA.

FRAME NUMBER:
PRESENT AND CORRECT, APPROX 1989. SUZUKI UK HAVE CONFIRMED IT IS LEGITIMATE BUT WON'T CONFIRM THE EXACT YEAR. YOU CAN GET A CERTIFICATE OF CONFORMITY FOR £95.00 IF YOU WISH TO DO SO.

IT HAS HAD SOME INTEREST ALREADY AND THE EARLY POST 1986 MODELS ARE GETTING HARD TO FIND EVEN IN POOR CONDITION. THEY CAN ONLY INCREASE IN VALUE. PRE 1986 MODELS ARE NOT AS GOOD.

IT PROBABLY WON'T EVER WIN 1ST PLACE IN A BIKE SHOW BUT IT IS QUICK, RELIABLE, IT TURNS HEADS, IT RECEIVES COMPLIMENTS AND IS VERY ENJOYABLE.

IT HAS MANY NEW PARTS, HAD MANY HOURS OF WORK AND IS READY TO USE. ANY PART YOU WANT OR NEED CAN BE FOUND ONLINE.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON A CHEAP, DISPOSABLE CHINESE MOTORCYCLE, THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENTS ARE USELESS OR NON-EXISTENT, THE PARTS ARE INFERIOR AND CAN BE HARD OR ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO REPLACE AND NOT MANY PEOPLE WILL OR CAN FIX THEM WHEN, NOT IF, THEY BREAK.
