Tortoise keeper please note
Please be aware that pet shops and garden centres are selling expensive vivariums and heat mats as the correct way of keeping tortoises. A much better way (please visit tortoise trust site) and cheaper way is to construct an open topped tortoise table which is the best way to keep your tortoise healthy and happy. Shops are only interested in making as much money as possible. Please do not waste money on a vivarium or tank that will in the end make your tortois ill.
