There is a small toilet area upstairs but the toilet needs reinstating as was taken out by previous tenants and used as a utility area for the washing machine/dryer its now used as a storage cupboard.
adiquate rear garden grassed area is 50ft x 20ft & the patio area is 15ft x 25ft,1 brick shed & 1 large wooden shed.
The front garden can be made into a driveway for 3 cars+
