SWAP my Large 1 bed ggf/bungalow Wood Green N22 London
Street property... Large one bed, ground floor flat, in semi detached converted house. Perfect base for transport to West End/City, or Hertfordshire, Enfield, A10, A406, Great for shops (Wood Green Shopping Centre). I have large well kept front garden and small side garden both sole use. Large bay window in large frontroom. all large rooms with large windows and high ceilings. Long flat hallway. Recently decorated, laminated floors and tiled floors in kitchen and bathroom, magnoia walls.....
Could be made suitable for disabled as all on one level.
Only one neighbour attached at back who is disabled and very quiet. Person in flat above (teacher) is out most of the time working and owns the flat.
My front door is no where near flat aboves front door. So it feels like I don't have any neighbours!
