hi i'm putting this advert on for my sister, she is living in the welland area of peterborough and she is hopeing to swap to the north bretton area,her house is a 3bedroom,it has 3 bedrooms two are doubles and she has a single room as well.

down stairs is a fair size kitchen and dinningroom the living room And just this mth she had a new kitchen fitted,her house is a good size for a 3 bedroom house.it's just to big for her now.
it has a good size back garden and a smallish front garden.
she is hopeing to swap for a 3 or a 2 bedroom.in the bretton area
