POSTAGE • I will always get a Proof of Postage Receipt • I cannot be held responsible for items lost in the post, but I will always help in any pursuit of compensation from Royal Mail • I will retain all Proofs of Postage until either feedback has been left (indicating item has been received) or for a period of 60 days (items sent by Surface Mail excepting) • To date all my packages have been delivered in good condition, nothing has been lost or damaged in transit. • In the majority of circumstances, items will be posted the day after cleared payment has been received.
