With golf courses and a Forest Park nearby this attractive and well furnished cottage is a perfect base for a country holiday in beautiful rural Ireland. Interior This modern bungalow, with all rooms on one level, is stylishly decorated in warm colours with attractive touches of luxury. It is particularly well equipped and designed for eight guests to stay in comfort.
The living areas comprise a relaxing lounge with an open fire, TV with satellite channels, a video, DVD and comfortable seating. The kitchen is both a practical modern working space and a dining room with a dining table and breakfast bar. The gas hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher and American fridge/freezer make it perfect for self catering or entertaining. A utility room houses a washing machine and dryer.
There are 4 bedrooms - one twin room and three doubles. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The large tiled main bathroom contains a WC, sink, shower and corner bath.
All electricity and oil heating are included in the price. Outside Outside there is parking for 6 cars and the house sits in half an acre of grounds in beautiful countryside with far reaching views. Area There are plenty of golf courses nearby. Lough Key Forest Park is only 40 minutes drive away and ideal for picnics and boat rides. Roscommon is the nearest town, and especially popular is the weekly Farmers Market each Friday. It has a castle, lovely shops and fantastic cafes and restaurants. The Museum of Life and Galway city are an hour away, or guests can stay at home and enjoy the view with a glass of wine in the garden.
