Handyman 60 seeks room
I am a non-smoking multiskilled maintenance technician / engineer who is quite handy doing other jobs. I am quite independent, clean, sober, quiet, healthy and semi-retired at 60 and would like a room and to share other parts of your place. I can look after myself, do my own housework, sort out my own meals so I am no burden whatsoever. Ideally you would like to have up to £75 cash each week for your spare room after this June 2008 and / or have some jobs done. We can come to some agreement so there is no misunderstanding. Short term will be ok and you may have your room back when you want. Perhaps you have not had anyone staying before and are undecided so send me a message please and we can chat about it.
