Our apartment is situated in a quiet street, only 10 minutes by walk from the waterfront. Its location, nearby any kind of transportation but with everything within walking distance will make this studio the perfect place for a romantic getaway or a couple of friends with a low-budget who want to discover the French Riviera for only 250 euros per week (396 US$ / 200 UK£ / 405 CA$).

Our 25m2 studio is recently renovated, airy, with marble floors, in a nice building. There is a double-bed in mezzanine and a convertible double-bedding couch. The kitchen is tiny but fully equipped and a shopping centre nearby will provide you with groceries and laundry services. The bathroom has a bathtub to relax in and a large closet will let you unpack and really make yourself at home !

Just a street away from the apartment, you will find many bus lines to any place in town, or along the coast or even to the mountains. The Nice-Riquier railway station is also a few paces away from the studio, with trains to Cannes, Monaco and Italy every 20 mins.
If you like walking, 10 minutes away you will find the waterfront and many restaurants, and 15 minutes away is the historical centre with its gift shops and lively nightlife.
But the streets surrounding the apartment also have anything you might need : a small shopping centre, traditionnal restaurants and bars and children playground. The area is one of the most genuine in Nice and you will really discover the French Riviera !
