My teenage daughter had 13 of her friends here for a birthday party in decmber & i can honestly say me and my parents could hear them at all, the kithchen is granite with under floor heating large granite table which will stay all curtains floorings and some light fittings will all stay, but my parents are open for funiture negotiations,, SHUSH,, dont tell them.. if you would like to view please get my phone number and speak to my dad or email me..
