Most of the house newly doubled glazed approx to years ago with the latest Pilkington K Glass ,
full brand new kitchen approx 2 years ago.

Brand new bath less than 6 months ago.

The house is semi detached the young couple we are attached to are really nice and extremely quiet, the neighbours to the other side are also absolutely lovely (the lady next door always asking after the children, very easy going)
The road at the front of the garden is very quiet there?s is no noise/pollution as the main road from Hornsea to Hull is only a very quiet B Road and bypasses the village completely
Coastal resort of Hornsea (which includes the famous Hornsea Pottery/Freeport and an inland lake called Hornsea Mere) is just 5 minutes by car down the road and the nearest secluded beach is less than 2 miles away.
