I am interested in a possible swap with someone for my one bed flat in Esher, Surrey, KT10. need one bed or two bed with own garden. consider all areas south east uk. I am 3 miles from kingston and 2 minutes from Sandown race course. Right next to A3, and easy access to M3 and M25. I live in a block of only 8 flats over ground and first floor ( i am on the first floor at the back) over looking wide rural space. i have a large double bedroom and large kitchen and good sized lounge and a good sized bathroom with bath and shower there is also communal garden which only myself and downstairs use. ample offstreet parking at back (with bollards) and at front. we have sky and bt sockets also virgin which we currently use as just swopped services. We have storage cupboards and a loft that covers the whole flat (which is really handy). we are a 5-10 min walk from esher train station which has direct fast trains to waterloo in 15 mins (all regular every 10-15 mins) and have local shop 500 or so yards down the road. nice scenic area great views and golf facilities (3 or 4) in the high street there are many restaurants and shops along with supermarket and a cinema ( only 10 or so mins walk to high street). nice quiet area and good neighbours. all houses around us we are the only flats! only reason for move is my partner has 3 children and has them every weekend and we really need the space (bedroom) and a garden, bedroom is not essential but own garden is as i would not want to leave the area otherwise as i do really like it.
