Jamet Louisianna Trailer Tent
We are reluctantly parting with our much loved Jamet Louisianna trailer tent which we bought secondhand in 2003 and is in very good condition for its age. Stored in a garage when not in use it has given us years of happy times on holiday. This unit was considered the Rolls Royce of trailer tents and sports probably the best quality tent canvas ever produced. It has two large double bed compartments 150cms & 120cms wide, both with fully zipped curtains and comfortable and clean mattresses. There are also two underbed compartments for extra sleeping space or storage, which makes the sleeping capability 6 berth. The awning is 410cms wide x 300cms deep with two entrances and a projection for a kitchen area, the kitchen is a demountable unit comprising a two burner hob plus grille and a sink complete with waste water container. The awning is also fully curtained and has a seperate lining, all of which are in excellant condition. I have installed a security safe into one of the three storage pods in the sleeping compartment for valuables. The trailer is a dream to tow and is 410cms long x 140cms wide, and galvanised. A large lockable fridge box is mounted on to the tow bar and the spare tyre is unused. Spares include:- jockey wheel, levelling indicator, wheel nut indicators and a range of spares for guy ropes and general operating needs. I have included a photograph of the unit for perusal, but have others if interested.
