I bought this as a coach over a year ago, when i bought it , it had 1 years mot and road tax

i did buy it to convert it into a motorhome and make some profit, but i didnt realise how long it would take

and how much money it would take, up to this day ive spent over £15,000 and over a year converting it

the only thing is needed now is four rear tyres which are £75 retread or £250 new each

It starts first time every time runs lovely,

i put it through an mot 6 months ago and the tyres are the only major thing it failed on, it also failed on windscreen blades

and mudflaps.

every thing ive bought has been top quality

starting at the front i'll explian what ive done and what is has

Entering through the front motorised door. ive replated the steps with ali tread plate

up at the front it has a plasma tv screen,(also has plasma in rear seating area) with phillps DIVX Ultra dvd player with surround sound 6 speaker system,USB connection, dolby, Sky plus with sat dish on tripod

In the dash it has a control panel which monitors the levels in the waste and fresh water tanks, and digi 24v and 12v supplys.

theres brand new red shag pile carpet in the living area and cream shag pile in rear bedroom.

drivers and four of the passenge seats have been upholstered with seat belts (theres another 3 passenger seats which are brand new leather sofas)

There is a full size kitchen, 7 overhead kitchen storage cupboards, and 3 large under work surface, modern s/ steel sink with mixer tap, four burner hob, whirlpool fridge frezzer,microwave with oven and grill,hot water boiler cupboard with extra storage, the waste water goes through u bends unlike on factory built motorhomes, where you get a horrible smell coming back from the waste tank.

Two brand new heavy duty batterys have been installed,.there is an invertor which converts 24v into 240v mains, so if theres no where to hook up to mains you can use this, when on site with no hook up you can use the generator which is remote starting from the dash.lighting is 12 v and also 240 v, there are 12 electric socket outputs all been installed by proffesional electrician

Fresh water and waste water tanks are in the boot, both tanks hold 50 gallons each, tank levels are viewable from the dash

cooker hob and hot water are run by gas, the 2 gas canisters are stored in the side locker, there is an automatic change over unit, so no more changing gas bottles over on those cold nights, when one bottle gets low it will change over to the next bottle, theres also an option where you can have the unit call the local gas supplier and order a gas bottle, all gas has been installed by proffesional fiitter

there are 4 passenger seats at front which have seat belts, the table drops down too make a double bed, there's a 2 and a 3 seater leather sofa, the 3 seater is a sofa bed,next to the 3 seater sofa is a wardrobe to the rear there's a shower room with electric flushing toilet, full size shower and modern sink and mixer tap. oppisite the shower room is another room with bunkbeds, then theres the main bedroom with hinged double bed for access to storage underneth, and over head storage and wardrobe.

theres a large boot which houses the water tanks, it could easly be turned into a garage or extra bedroom

on entering the motorhome is a keypad alarm with infa red sensors in the bed rooms and main living area
