im putting this advert on for a friend. shes looking for a council exchange.. she has a 2 bed first floor flat with garden out the back and a downstairs inside shed. the flat is a lovely size with a balcony off the living room over looking the gardens. the kitchen has just been done, lovely new flooring and units,bathroom is nice size. bedrooms are both lovely double rooms. neighbours are lovely. only reason she wants to move is that all her family have moved away now.the flat is near the shops on shrub end.. near bus route, schools,dentist and doctors. its nicely decorated and carpets. she wants a 2 bed property.. house flat with garden please. if you are interested please contact me.. thanks for reading
