This superb bespoke conversion was originally intended for use as retreat accommodation at a natural health centre, hence it has been refurbished to a very high standard. However, plans have changed and it is now for sale.

The layout is unique, stylish, very functional, user friendly and a great sense of spaciousness for its size. At the front bay is the main seating area that extends to make a single bed or double for 2 young children. There is a foldaway table that is stored behind the stove on the left of the door. In the central area is the kitchen.

Between the kitchen and the bed/study, is the bathroom/shower area. On you right is the shower, which is an open cubicle with a curtain to contain the shower. On your left is the toilet and sink. This has a partition wall formed of 2 doors that open out across the caravan to make a very spacious and private bathing area when having a shower.

At the rear of the caravan is the bedroom with a 4ft double bed that folds back to allow the desk to fold-down from the bathroom wall.

Throughout the caravan there is a variety of storage spaces including a full-length wardrobe with 1 shelf, 3 drawers and a ¾ length hanging-space.

Two of us lived in the caravan for 6 months experiencing a wide range of weather including minus 6 degrees. The solid fuel stove is very efficient. We found the space extremely versatile, comfortable and cosy - we spent a very enjoyable time in it. We are selling it due to lack of storage space and time to enjoy it more.
