For sale is my lovely Marshall JMP-1 preamp. This preamp sounds seriously great through an amp (with power amp) or recording directly without going through the hassle of messing about with mics - you can get a massive range of sounds using the array of different factory presets. You can also create your own user patches to get the tone you really want. It's midi compatible, so you can use it in conjunction with other midi devices, such as an FX processor like the Marshall JFX-1. There are many functions that are better explained in the manual, plus it give on details how to midi map (controlling an FX processor for example), and a list of the factory preset sounds and their settings, plus suggestions on how best to use those sounds. The manual is available on the Marshall website, I can point you in the right direction for it.

On to the condition. It's seen a few gigs in the past, but over the past couple of years has only been used for home recording. The digital display, all knobs, switches and input jacks work perfectly. It's been in and out of a few racks, so the rack ears aren't perfect but they are fully functional. There are a few marks on other parts of it and one of the inputs on the back is missing a bolt thing that goes around it but this doesn't seem to make any difference to it (think it's just cosmetic).
