Description
I am in a council flat with 2 bedrooms in Fordham Heath, Colchester. The main bedroom is a decent size with a smaller bedroom, bathroom with shower, reasonable size living room. There is no garden. There is a parking area outside the flat. Plus lots more parking around back of neighbours houses. This flat also has its own entrance rather than having a shared one with the flats upstairs.
I am looking for a council exchange in Colchester. I would like a 2/3 bedroom house which MUST HAVE own private garden. (not communal) I would like to move to a house in or around Colchester, will consider most areas but NOT Greensted.
Will also be interested in places in the tendring district council areas (except clacton). Basically any areas would be considered - just want garden! Would love a house in a nice area of Highwoods ideally but the main thing I want is a private garden. Please don't contact me if you are not serious about moving as I have only had timewasters so far.
