Holiday accommodation in the Costa Blanca area near the town of Moraira which has a beautiful beach and town with many restaurants, plus a pretty harbour. The same can be said for the town of Calpe which has an even nicer family beach area, only a short distance away. There are foot washing facilities all along the beach for when you leave. The property would be managed for sheet and towels changing etc. There are 2 bedrooms, one a double the other a single. Kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower. Lounge with English Satellite television. A large covered veranda (called a Naya in Spanish) which overlooks the beautifully clean swimming pool. There are large palm trees to sit under by the pool which give cover from the sun, there is a grass surround by the pool. There is a barbecue site available. Ample car parking. The views are stunning overlooking the mountains on one side and towns and sea in the other direction. The motorway is 3 kilometres away and a small supermarket just 300 yards up the lane. There are several supermarkets in the town which is just 2 kilometres away. A railway station with frequent delightful trains running from Alicante City all the way along the coast to Denia. That is 1 kilometre away. Car hire could be arranged at Alicante Airport or Valencia Airport if you chose to fly into either of those. Car hire is quite cheap and fuel at a lower price than in the UK. The cost of the accomodation depends on the season. Earlier in the year from part/April to end May £250 per week for up to 2 people. For June to end of September £350 per week for up to 2 people. NB. Any extra guest wishing to stay £30 per week extra. There are no bookings left for 2008 THIS year. (MAX 5 PERSONS BY SPECIAL ARRANGEMENT ONLY). If you want somewhere quiet to relax, this is it and the beach only a short drive away at either Moraira or Calpe. There a simply hundreds of places to drive and investigate, some are stunning.
I am able to take bookings for 2009 as it seems to be so popular this year. PLEASE NOTE: BOOKINGS ARE ALREADY MADE FOR 2009. APRIL FULL - JUNE FULL - PART AUGUST 2009. NO SURCHARGES.
SADLY DUE TO DAMAGE CAUSED BY ONE CLIENT I HAVE TO NOW ASK £250 deposit required against any damage caused.
If you wanted the car and flights included, or just the car hire, I can do that for you if required. The sooner booked, the cheaper the flights. NB. I would not be responsable for Fuel charges from the Airline used if they choose to increase them. Also note that many airlines now charge for baggage, I would need to know how much you wish booked.
PLEASE NOTE, I DO NOT TAKE BOOKINGS FOR - OCT - NOV - DEC - JAN - FEB - MARCH, IT IS TOO COLD AT NIGHT FOR GREAT HOLIDAYS IN COSTA BLANCA. (Unless you are really desperate to come).
