2 bed gf flat upper gornal // 2/3 bed house bilston
hello my flat is in gornal, sedgley, it is 2 storey looks more like an house.The man above me, we dont see him or hear from him, he lives with his gf somewhere else but keeps the flat on, The next door neighbours are olderly but really chatty and friendly, The people who live in street are middle aged but very friendly. The area is near sedgley about 15min walk, and theres a bus stop within walking distance that takes you there. Sedgley has got plenty of shops and supermarkets and banks, and got a mini market aswell. within 5 min walk from my flat you got a plenty of shops, i.e chemist, dentist, doctors, paper shop, tesco, and bookers. Within walking distance theres bus stops to take you to dudley, wolverhampton, sedgley and bilston. Over the road right opposite the flat there are massive acres of fields with a little park that children play on but there are no trouble from them. The front garden is alittle area of grass with a few plants n trees around it and at the side of that i got my own private drive. The back garden has decking by my back door, with built in barbeque, the garden is average and private and is fenced all way round, theres a small pond in garden and small grass area with a few plants and trees around the fence. The living room is modern with wooden flooring it has a gas fire in it. The bathroom just had newly fitted bathroom suite i.e sink bath and toilet shell shaped design with shower, the flooring is ceramic tiles and just finished off decorating in there. The kitchen also has ceramic floor tiles, theres plenty of cupboards with a small pantry that i keep my dryer in. Theres also a built in cooker and hob, The bigger bedroom out the 2 is a very big room with dark cream carpet, the other bedroom is also big thats got wooden flooring, b4 i had my baby we used it has a second living room. The hall is beige colour carpet and got a big storage cupbord. this is a great flat and i wish i could move it with me, i really dont want to move but i got to because of work commitments. The flat has got storage heaters but council are going to fit central heating very soon but theres a gas fire. but its a warm flat anyway.
