Has large siting room, kitchen with space for a table, large master bedroom which would easily split into two smaller rooms with window in each and a good sized second bedroom. Downstairs WC and seperate WC and bathroom upstairs. Large rear garden and room for 2 car drive to be put in front garden. I would like to exchange for a min 2 bed house or bungalow ideally by the south coast but would consider other rural locations.
