I am looking to move out of my 2 bed flat in new invention as i have an 18 month old son who really misses a garden so only 2 or 3 bed coucil/housing group houses with gardens please. Also plenty of storage space in airing cupboard. CCTV security intercom, which has a screen so if someone rings your buzzer you can see who it is before you let them into the building. The doors activate using a key fob sensor. Communal garden & washing line. Plenty of residential parking spaces. Close to all amenities inc post office, somerfield, shops, schools, parks etc. A respectable friendly family pub over the road which serves food till late, & is so quiet you dont even know its there. Cheap council tax. Public transport not a problem, buses include routes to wolverhampton, walsall & bloxwich. A very quiet & clean area.
