Description
I am researching my family tree & am looking for any information on my Paternal Grandparents who lived in Hucknall. My Grandfather was named Richard Wingfield & my Grandmother was named Margaret Challoner on my Dad's birth certificate. When my Dad was born in August 1953 they were living at 44 Whyburn Street but later moved to Lime Tree Road. My Grandfather was listed as being a Builders' Labourer but I have been told he later became a Coal Miner, sadly he died years before I was born. I have also been told that my Grandmother was around 66 years old when I was born in December 1971. I have searched everywhere I can think of for information with no luck, any infomation would be greatly appreciated.
