Layout: At the front of the caravan are two straight seats. The large wardrobe and washroom with cassette toilet, shower and washbasin is on your left. At the rear of the caravan is another seating area which converts into a large double bed and a drop down bunk above

Kitchen: The kitchen is very well fitted with plenty of storage cupboards: A Maxol Monte Carlo 3000 3 burner gas hob with the grill and oven below. A Electrolux RM4296 three way fridge which works on gas or 12dc/240ac electric

Washroom: The washroom is very well fitted with a flushing Thetford C4 cassette toilet which empties from the outside and has an indicator on it which lets you know when it needs emptying. There is also a shower, mirror, light and bathroom cabinet with mirror.

Main Equipment: Under one of the front seats is the Cascade 2 water heater and Carver water pump and crystal filter. This heater will work on 240ac electric or gas. To keep the caravan warm all the windows are double glazed and security etched there is a powerful Carver 1800S gas fire heater in the caravan.

Other Fitted Equipment Includes: Curtains except for the kitchen, bathroom and door windows which have blinds. There are flyscreen blinds fitted to the two front side windows as well. A power control panel with battery condition guage, fed via a Zig X -3 charger and power supply unit, 12 volt lighting, mains electric sockets, 12 Volt sockets, aerial socket and amplifier. Clock, large mirror, fold down TV table, outside light. On the roof is a Status Omni directional aerial and signal booster. There are three tables in the caravan which store away when not being used. Two are fitted at either seating areas , front and rear of the caravan. The third is freestanding and can be used outside or in an awning.

Awning: Included with the caravan is the valuable extra of a full size awning the make is a Trio Sport Mexico SE Classic in Burgundy. This awning is in very good condition. The awning covers the full length of the caravan and more than doubles your living space. Included with the awning are curtains and an awning double bedroom.

Extras: The caravan has all the equipment needed to be able to take the caravan away and use, including: Fresh water container, waste water container, gas regulator, gas bottle, step, mains hook up cable, brace for winding the legs down, spare wheel, ALKO jack and battery, crockery, pots and pans. Overall this caravan is a spectacular example of a well looked after caravan. All the owners manuals and appliance manuals are in the caravan. The wallboards are solid and not stained and the upholstery and carpet is in good condition. Everything works in the caravan and can be seen working but there is no warranty given. As with any caravan you buy it is important to have it serviced before use to check gas etc for peace of mind and your safety.
