Lovely 3 Bedroom House
We have a nicely decorated large end terrace 3 bedroom council house in Dagenham, Essex very close to main shops, public transport and a 5 minute walk to train station that links access Central London by tube in minutes. Our home is a parlour type construction but currently the two living rooms are all through to create our huge space for our dinning area as well as living room area. There is a nice hallway as you walk through the front door leading to the living rooms and a small kitchen with units and worktops, also plummed for a washing machine to easiily be connected. The hallway also leads to the staircase leading upstairs to a reasonable size toilet bathroom with a nice walk in shower. The three bedrooms are all of decent size. The garden is protected by brand new high fencing approved by the council and is also large in size. We have great neighbours and our road is reasonably quiet with low crime and regular community police patrols day and night. We are a non smoking household. We want to swap our council or house for a council or housing association house or a bungalow, must be either end of terrace or detached. Has to have three bedrooms as well as a big garden and must be close to seafront or reasonable travel distance and shops. We don't mind going rural and we are willing to go from kent as far across as Devon / Cornwall. We have a tenancy that gives us right to buy after five years and want to have the same opportunity right to buy on the tenancy of the home we find that we are happy to swap for.
