2007 willerby vacation se static home for sale!
REDUCED AGAIN FOR QUICK SALE!! beautifull 2007,6 berth, 2 bed model for sale. " sorry there are no pictures yet, my cameras packed up" we bought this in december 2007 and have only used it a handfull of times. the caravan has double glazing throughout. it has a large open plan living/dining room which benifits from a very efficiant gas fire.it has plenty of windows so its nice and light. all the soft furnishings are in excellent condition, no tears, spills or pulls. everything is beautifully co-ordinated to a very high, modern standard. there is a large entertainment unit for all your electricals. it has 2 large corner unit sofas, one of which folds out into a double bed " which has only been used twice". the kitchen has plenty of storage space, with beautiful pine wood doors. we are including an under counter fridge/freezer with it, full dining set including cutlery so all you need to do is bring the grub! it also benifits from a seperate wc/ shower room. the shower room has a large cubical with electric shower and large hand basin " white", and a heated towel rack. the toilet which is en suite to the master bedroom compromises of toilet and large hand basin which are both also white. the master bedroom is very spacious with a small vanity unit with mirror, double bed, overhead and bedside storage units and also a full length built in wardrobe. again all soft furnishings in near new condition and fully matching. it also has blow air heating. the second smaller room has 2 beds "never been used" blow air heating, overhead storage , large wardobe and another small vanity table. this static is currently sighted at cayton bay but unfortunatly the plot its on has already been sold, so arrangments for it to be moved to another park would have to be made upon purchase. its a beautiful home, perfect for renting also if you wanted to create a little extra money. no time wasters please ,we want to sell asap as my baby is due in a few months so we need a house ha ha.
i can make arrangments for the van to stay at cayton bay, but to give them their 15% standard commision, for the site fees to be paid upfront and me to get my 15950 it will end up at 20.000. if your interested i can get exact figures. I AM OPEN TO REASONABLE OFFERS SO PLEASE GET IN TOUCH!
