Eriba Puck caravan, 1988, good condition + awning
This classic is a quality-built caravan with a steel frame, aluminium cladding, thick insulation for out-of-season warmth and an elevating roof which gives full standing height to a six-footer like myself yet allows it to be stored in a standard garage. The interior fittings consist of two sofas which make two very comfortable singles or one double bed. The mattresses have sprung interiors and the upholstery is in very good condition. The curtains are yellow and give the interior a sunny aspecy on the dullest of days. At the forward end, the kitchen boasts a three-way fridge, sing with pumped cold water and a double burner hob. One of the gas rings could do with a service as it doesn't stay alight but the other is fine. There's also a gas heater to take the chill off on cold nights or early mornings. The dining table is big enough to seat four and can be used outside the van clipped to a rail above the offside wheel arch. Ample storage is provided by high-level cupboards in the kitchen, lounge, either side of the fridge and a wardrobe with hanging space. It benefits from two awnings, a full Vendee awning and a porch awning as shown in the photo. These more than double the available living space. At under 500kg, this caravan is perfect for towing behind small cars and would even be a good partner for your classic car. It's in very good condition, just a light crease below the number plate at the rear to speak of. Underneath, the chassis is sound and the tyres are good.
