Hi all .
I have a 2 bed terraced PHA house in Newlyn , quiet cul-de-sac .
Amazing views of Penzance and the whole of Mounts Bay .
Good sized gardens with granite fire pit and veg plot in back garden , flower garden to the front .
If possible i would like to exchange to Exeter Quayside ,i only need a 2 bed property , dont mind if its a flat or house , council or housing association , would prefer it to have a garden .
Not in a rush to move .
Am open to a multi swap so if you can find someone who has a 2 bed flat/house on the Quay in Exeter then i will be very interested .
