Female Westie x Jack Russell 16 weeks old puppy
Very sad sale, we bought two puppies from the same litter and they have begun fighting with each other, we have since learned this is very often the case when you get littermates, if only we'd known this before we got them it would have saved so much heart break.
Poppy is a lovely, mischievous puppy, she loves digging in the sandpit, playing in long grass and walking along the beach. She is friendly with other people and always approaches them with a happy wagging tail. She is great with our other older dog and loves to tease and bite his ears until he chases her. We do not know what she would be like with children or other pets, though she has never snapped at, growled or bitten anyone.
Poppy is nearly house-trained so long as she has access to a garden, she also needs to be let out at least once during the night. Poppy has also taken really quickly to learning the commands 'sit' and 'down', though her 'recall' is not yet perfect she will come back when called if she is off lead and there are limited distractions (especially if you are offering her a treat).
The ideal home for Poppy would be with a dedicated and loving owner who is willing to give her all the love, stimulation and attention she needs. She is a very loving dog and will make a fantastic companion. She is probably most suited to someone who has an older dog, who like Poppy is looking for a friend and companionship.
