4 Bed Detached House In Wakefield under £250,000
I'm looking for a 4 bed detached house in Wakefield, preferably in the areas of Crigglestone, Durkar, Netherton, Sandal or Horbury. Would like it to be no more than £250,000 and ideally have an ensuite to master, downstairs toilet, conservatory, utility room and garage, but not all essential. I have a 3 bed semi that can be used in part-exchange either for the vendor of the 4 bed to down size to or it would be ideal to rent out and sell on once the housing market picks up.
