i have a nice 2bed ff flat in wallington ross rd im based in a very well kept friendly court yard set bck from the road i have a large shared garden which can be seperated but im the only one who use it so there has been no need i have a lady who lives below and she has her own front door and a lady above whom i share an intercom entry with the rest of the propertys in court yard are houses i also have my own garage included in my rent and a parkin bay rite next to it so very handy if u have more then one car or u could rent it out im lookin for a 2 or 3 bed property with a garden or balcony in south croydon,waddon,wimbledon,beddington,epsom,crystal palace,sutton pls feel free to contact me i am a serious mover had enuf of timewasters thanx
