just bought it 2 weeks ago moving into a new house but we found that virgin was quicker to come round with the internet. it comes the box and the box and remote also instructions and the top up tv card which you will have to pay 29.00 every two months great if you dont want a supplier bill all channels over 600 and they are currently doing free sentena sport channel. its small and thin not that thin thou. it records whilst you watch some thing else and records programmes from living and other channels it cost from tesco 90.00 but i will take 60.00 you can check on there website
