Arab x Welsh mare
Croesiolyn blaze of glory (Blaze) is a 53% reg crabbet Arab x welsh mare. Bred by the croesiolyn welsh stud. She is registered with the Arab horse society. Blaze is 14.2hh and was 7 year old May 2008. Blaze was backed at the age of 5 after spending her life before hand untouched. She took to the backing well and was quick to learn. However she is still green and would benefit from a rider who has the time and experience to bring blaze on with schooling. Blaze is good with the farrier, to handle, tie and box. Blaze has been out of work for a few months now due to lack of time and rider and so will need bringing back into work. Prior to this blaze was ridden regularly by a teenager and in the short time she was in work she competed at a local hunter trial as well as going round a 2ft 6 cross country course several times. Blaze has shown scope and potential to further her ridden life as an all-rounder she has hacked out in company and alone in heavy traffic and is good with dogs, tractors and farm animals. Blaze would make a good project for someone to bring on over the summer; she is currently unfit and is out 24/7. Blaze comes with some tack and rugs. More photos avalible on request!
