An enchanting 2 bedroom self catering cottage set in the most beautiful surroundings in the rural village of West Ashling just 4 miles from the historic Cathedral city of Chichester and 6 miles to famous Goodwood.

With a delightful view from every window you can take time to watch the horses drinking from the stream, the ducks swimming on the mill pond and the geese waddling down the lane! The cottage, which is of an exceptionally high standard, has a double bedroom with dreamy four poster bed and ensuite shower room with W.C and basin. The second bedroom has 2 single beds. Both bedrooms overlook the mill pond to the front of the cottage. There is a bathroom upstairs overlooking the fields and lane to the rear with W.C., basin, bath and excellent power shower.

Downstairs is a cloakroom with W.C and basin, a cosy living room with original Inglenook fireplace and a basket of logs to make a roaring fire. The country cottage style kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, electric oven and hob, traditional decorative stove and utensils, crockery and cutlery (for 4 people) The kitchen has a stable door perfect for those lazy evenings watching the sun set over the pond.

At the rear of the cottage is a modern conservatory (with wooden dining table and 4 chairs) with access to the rear garden, garage and parking area (for 2 cars) The well maintained garden has an eating/seating area (patio table and 4 chairs) in a secluded spot and a bench seat at the front of the cottage with a perfect view over the pond.

In the hall there is free internet access and a small desk area, which is always well stocked with information about the local area and amenities.
