One double room is available in a lovely 3 bedroom semi-detached house on Kingscote Drive. Ideally located for the hospital, Stanley Park or town centre and based in a quiet family residential area. There is currently just myself living here and the third room will not be occupied.
Downstairs consists of a kitchen and two reception rooms leading out onto a good size garden with an outhouse with washing facilities. Upstairs there is a bathroom with shower, two double bedrooms and a small office.
The bedroom has some furnishings which can be used if necessary or taken out. The rest of the house is fully furnished including washing machine and dishwasher.
The rent is £60 per week and the bills would all be split fairly. At the moment, the bills come to about £35 per week each but that includes tax, gas, electric, water, cable TV/phone/broadband, contents insurance and weekly cleaning.
Finally, I have a puppy called Wilson who is very friendly and well behaved. Therefore it is important that you like dogs and don't mind him being around. Any pets other than cats will be considered.
