Our luxury welsh holiday home is a beautiful 2 bedroom chalet situated in Glan Gwna a secluded wooded valley country holiday park, in the village of Caeathro only 2 miles from the Royal Town of Caernarfon.

The exquisite family run country park Glan Gwna is set in over 200 acres of woodland and parkland. It offers you the perfect 'get away' location. The park itself boasts an outdoor heated pool with large poolside bar area, takeaway, shop, beauty salon; children’s play area, gymnasium, laundrette and fishing on 4 beautiful lakes.

Located between Snowdonia National Park and the golden beaches of the Lleyn Peninsula. Glan Gwna is the ideal base from which to experience all the riches that North Wales has to offer - all within easy reach.

A property and location that will not disappoint those wishing to take a well-earned break and really feel like you have got away from it all. Relax and explore as much or as little of beautiful north Wales as you wish, from Caernarfon Castle to beach walks or mountain hikes.

With the historic town of Caernarfon only 2 miles away and Bangor 8 miles away there is always plenty to see and do. An ideal base for walkers or cyclists, there are hills galore whilst those requiring a more ‘sedate’ break can visit castles and warming hostelries and inns. Caernarfon also has an 18-hole golf course for those who enjoy a stroll!

The chalet boasts a good sized newly fitted modern kitchen with all new appliances, cosy modern living room with double patio doors leading onto a newly decked area with outdoor furniture, 2 bedrooms (one double, one with a triple sleeper and a doulble sofa bed.) and a bathroom. Bed linen is included, towels and tea towels. Outside there is ample parking.

On arrival at the chalet you will be assured there is a welcome pack with enough for a hearty breakfast on your first day .

Coast/Beach
Beautiful sandy beaches are a short drive away at Harlech, Black Rock sands and Dinas Diinlle is only 5 miles away. The island of Anglesey is only a 15min drive away and holds many picturesque bays that are ideal for a family day out. There is also a local sports centre/swimming baths that is just a 5 minute drive away in case of any inclement weather during your stay.

Golf courses at Harlech, Porthmadog, Conwy, Llandudno and Betws-s-Coed are only a short drive away.
