We have a 2 bedroom, low rise, spacious, modern ground floor flat, all new inside, very well decorated, neutral colours, new carpets throughout, lots of storage space. We have excellent neighbours. We are positioned in a nice quiet culdesac near to town centre with nice outlook at both front and back. Our home is very easy to maintain and cheap to run, all bills are very low. New alarm system and combi boiler. Brand new fob entry door for extra security. There are lots of local amenities - Waitrose, McDonalds, KFC, good local schools and nurserys, doctors surgery and denstist and shops just at top of road - corner shop, chip shop, post office, newsagents, sandwich shop etc. We have well kept large communal gardens front and back with vegetable patch and herb garden, benches etc and own gardener and all communal hallways cleaned weekly by cleaners.
Our only reason for moving is we would like a private garden for our daughter and if possible an extra bedroom to extend our family. We would like stay within Wolverhampton.
