we have a 2 bedroomed housing association house, there is off road parking (not private), resonably sized entrance hall which leads to the kitchen and a large living and dining room which has a large door leading to a garden room which we have put on ourselves and then out into a good sized L shaped garden which has a side entrance. upstairs there is a good sized family bathroom with a bath, a good sized double bedroom and a good sized single bedroom as well as a large airing cupboard which also houses the combi boiler. the house has gas central heating, double glazing throughout and we are due to have new bathrooms fitted with a shower, as well as the kitchen replaced all within the next couple of years but are in good condition. we have had vertical blinds made to measure in cream fitted in the living room, kitchen, landing and bathroom as well as made to measure blackout blind, in pale pink, fitted in the smaller bedroom, these can be left in place if a suitable offer can be made on them (fitted 4th febuary 2009). there is a choice of excellent primary schools in the town including private girls and boys schools and a comprehensive school. we are about 15 minutes level walk to the town centre and the town is surrounded by beautful views of the wye valley and the forest of dean, lots of places to visit and good road links to newport, cardiff, bristol and birmingham. we would consider any rural and semi rural areas and would like a 2 or 3 bedroomed house with a large garden.
