Every year hundreds if not thousands of people's enjoyment of hillwalking is spoiled by a fall or by ending the day feeling excessively muscle-weary. Use of poles when walking up/over rough terrain significantly help you to keep your balance thus reducing likelihood of a nasty tumble, they also help to reduce painful wear & tear on your joints. These are telescopic Anti-Shock extending from around 60cm to over double that so also suitable for giants! Cats in photo are curious but not included. It's a common misconception that ony older people use walking poles. Buyer upifts/ P&P £2.50
