Description
i forgot to say i am without any sight and this I have a portset port type talking typewriter for sale. It prints and saves documents, letters. It has a built in easy access operating instructions. each key speaks out what the key is when pressed. It has a built in date function.It enabled me to enter the printed communication world again by sending letters and addressing envelopes for myself and on the memo side i have used it to type in my recipes for a quick easy reference : appointments : memos. i basically used as a memory extentsion. this would be ideal for someone who did not lwant to use a computer and their various programmes but wanted more independence with the outside world. it has 3 learning levels starting at level 1 for complete begginners and ending at level 3 which was soon obtained by myself with no previous experience of typing.I can also include if needed RNIB set of audio tapes "teach yourself touch typing" which i found invaluable.This machine has been well maintained and serviced by port set and takes both A4 & A5 paper. only prints in black (no colours), Any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me by email or telephone after 4pm.
