I have recently converted a stable into a nice large room and a second entrance room. The stable has electrics and its own drive. It is on a farm on a quiet country lane in Newgate Street which is near Hertford or Hatfield in Herts.
Am not fussed what you use it for and it could easily be used for an office with a waiting room or a beauty room etc etc. It is currently decorated in neutral colours but you can make it to your own tasting if you wish.
