Description
Here are three books suitable for childminders, teachers, nursery staff and parents to use with children of preschool age. The first is called 'Festivals' and contains 96 pages of photocopiable pages and concise background information on many different festivals celebrated by different faiths and cultures. As this book is mainly full of photocopiable resources it is intended to be used together with the books below.
The second is entitled 'Spring and Summer festivals' and contains very detailed ideas for lessons and activities for each festival. There are also ideas for assemblies and displays, poems, songs (with music for the melody and chord symbols), plus a few photocopiable resources at the end.
The final book is called 'Autumn and Winter Festivals' and is similar in format to the second book.
I have owned the books from new and they are in excellent condition. Please note my name is written on the cover of each one. As I now work with older children I no longer need these resources. The books normally retail for approximately £15 each.
