IN GENERAL: Insurance is £315 comprehensive for a twelve month on road policy. You only need a normal driving licence for this vehicle. LPG means that Road tax is fractionally cheaper and the vehicle is exempt from zone charges.

We are selling due to family commitments.

The vehicle; on a dateless registration number; is double skinned so the insulation is excellent and in winter we use a 240 volt small radiator and a small catalytic heater. This is a twenty six foot vehicle, if it was longer it would mean that it would not be accepted at certain sites.

Engine: Chassis is Chevrolet P30 and engine is Chevrolet big block petrol, 7.4 litre; 454 cu.in.; which has the benefit of running on LPG; 200 litre tank; thereby halving the running costs, this was a professional conversion undertaken in the UK.. The engine was 'jetted' by the previous owner so giving even better fuel consumption figures. Automatic transmission with overdrive and cruise control. Mileage is 71,000.

INTERIOR: Light oak style. Air Conditioning. Fly screens and aluminium blinds to all side and rear windows. Sliding accordian privacy door. Ducted central heating. The previous owner did a lot of work including installing three double and one single 240 volt sockets on a ring main. These work automatically through a fitted transformer when the vehicle lead is live throgh Mains hookup. There is a double 110 volt socket in the bathroom and a twelve volt lighting system throughout.

Cab area: Twin 'Flexsteel' fully rotateable captain seats, tiltable steering column for easy access. Air conditioner. Pioneer radio/CD player.

Dinette area: Folding table which converts to a double berth. Door entrance with single electic step. Fold down directional TV antennae. Smoke, LPG and CO 2 detectors, fire extinguisher.

Kitchen area: Stainless double sink, water heater is a six gallon 'Atwood', four burner 'Magic Chef'' oven, overhead microwave oven and two speed hood extractor fan, large double door 'Domestic' fridge/freezer. Three deep drawers and cupboard under the sinks.

Separate bathroom area: Full size shower with overhead rooflight, wash basin, w.c. and 'Fantastic' fan, also a locker, draw and three cabinets.

Opposite bathroom: Full length hanging wardrobe, two draws below and cupboard above.

Main bedroom: Either two beds, three feet plus wide or one supersized bed. Vast storage space under.

EXTERIOR: Awning, External Side Lockers all round, stainless steel roof ladder. Stainless steel wheel caps. I recently purchased six new tyres from America and the two batteries were changed at the same time. There is a new immobiliser which is not yet fitted. There is a heavy duty removeable tow-hitch. An 'Onan' 4Kva petrol charger for topping up the leisure battery; only 350 hours running; is situated adjacent to the side lockers. The suspension benefits from additional adjustable air bags thus preventing swaying when on the road. The rear mounted spare wheel sits above a custom-made mirror finish, aluminium rear bumper.

TANKAGE: Fuel tank 60 gallons, LPG tank 200 litres. LPG oven cooker 14lbs. Freshwater tank 70 gallons, Grey tank 40 gallons, Black tank 30 gallons.
